One-Day Immersion into Three Powerful Complementary Techniques

Give yourself the gift of a 1-day retreat to explore three complementary healing practices: meditation, mindfulness, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), all clinically proven to alleviate chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma and stress.

Spend the day in calm and quiet, creating a practice that works for you. Return home with:
